[1] Operator charge is on minimum of 1.5 hour per session at PPL to cover the time for preparing equipment for use.  Actual labour time will be charged if operator is needed to train or help with equipment usage.

[2] Overhead surcharge applies to all equipment in PPL – covers cost of electricity, air filters, water, gas etc.
